How it works
Simple by design.
- 01Choose a launch preset or enter a custom countdown.
- 02The rocket rises with actual elapsed time and holds its position when paused.
- 03Restart manually for another launch, or use fullscreen for the whole room.
- 04At zero, the countdown stops and stays completed. Restart it manually when you are ready.
- 05The illustration follows the real timer. Each mode keeps its own duration and running state.
Questions, answered.
Does the rocket keep rising while paused?
No. Its height follows the elapsed-time fraction, so pause freezes its position. It reaches the top when the countdown completes and stays there until you manually restart or reset.
Will a countdown restart automatically at zero?
No. A countdown stops at zero and stays completed. To run it again, press Restart yourself; switching pages or refreshing does not start another run.
Will alerts sound if my device sleeps?
Timing catches up from timestamps when the browser resumes. Audio can be delayed or blocked while suspended; keep the page open and the device awake for important alerts.
