Does more precision guarantee more accuracy?
No. Precision changes displayed decimal places. Browser scheduling and your device clock still limit measurement; this is not certified competition timing.
Are laps retained when I change views?
Yes. Digital and analog share one clock. Changing precision or columns does not alter saved lap timestamps; CSV includes split and total values.
Will alerts sound if my device sleeps?
Timing catches up from timestamps when the browser resumes. Audio can be delayed or blocked while suspended; keep the page open and the device awake for important alerts.
