How it works
Simple by design.
- 01Load a saved roster or enter names, then apply the participants to this round.
- 02Exclude absent participants and choose whether names may repeat before the first pick. Each eligible name has an equal chance on every draw.
- 03Pick a name and review the history. In no-repeat mode, reset the round after everyone has been picked; changing languages never translates your names.
Questions, answered.
How does no-repeat picking work?
Each pick is drawn uniformly from the eligible names not yet picked. Excluded participants cannot be drawn. Reset picks to include previously drawn names in a new round.
Does random selection measure achievement?
No. Picks are random and do not evaluate ability, participation or merit. Use the tool for low-stakes classroom activities, not important decisions about people.
